In 2020 to further combat the spread of COVID-19, the City of Memphis issued the Safer at Home Order—directing all residents of Memphis to stay inside their homes, and immediately limit all movement outside of their homes beyond what is absolutely necessary to take care of essential needs.

Literacy Mid-South provided resources for families with elementary aged students at home. These resources allow families to provide quality, literacy experiences while students & families did their part to limit the spread of COVID-19.

These resources are still valuable to families interested in engaging children in structured literacy experiences at home.
