Museum Information:

The Metal Museum is the only institution in the United States devoted exclusively to the advancement of the art and craft of fine metalwork. This is achieved through exhibitions, collections, conservation, restoration and consulting services, classes, internship opportunities, artist residencies and apprenticeships, research and onsite fabrication of artwork and architectural elements.

Hours:

Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sundays: 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.
Closed Mondays and during exhibit changes.

The Museum is closed on Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Dec 24-26, Dec. 31, and Jan 1.
The Museum is closed due to weather when Memphis City Schools are closed.

Admission:

Adults: $6.00
Seniors 62+: $5.00
Students (with valid ID) and Children 5-18: $4.00
Free for children under 5, Museum Members, AASLH members, and tour bus operators.

The Museum Store may be visited free of charge.
